Residential development, consisting of 7-storey elliptical buildings, that serves as a gateway development for the regeneration of Dartford, Kent. Key challenges included the difficult ground conditions and the intricate structural configuration developed to suit the conflicting architectural functional requirements of the carpark and retail situated at ground floor level, and the overlying residential apartments. The project was developed up to planning approval stage. Konrad led the structural engineering team for the development whilst working at Arup.
