Mixed use development predominantly consisting of high-end residential buildings varying in height between 6 and 12 storeys. The presence of London Underground tunnels under part of the site creates challenges at the interface between super- and sub- structure, and influences the structural strategy adopted for some of the buildings in these zones. Konrad led the structural engineering design team for 6 of these buildings whilst working at Arup.
