Konrad Xuereb
Founding director
Refurbishment of a 19th Century 3-storey house in North London. The works included an extensive reconfiguration of the existing structure to allow an open-plan layout at ground floor and the introduction of a full width extension along the read elevation to accommodate a conservatory. A key component of the works was the strategic introduction of a 3 storey steel frame that was delicately coordinated with the architectural proposals.
