The CPSU building is a 3- storey building located in Guardamangia, central Malta.

The existing structure consists predominantly of a reinforced concrete frame with reinforced concrete slabs and beams supported by reinforced concrete columns and loadbearing masonry walls. Some parts of the building have precast concrete planks supported from reinforced concrete beams spanning onto reinforced concrete columns.

KonceptX was engaged to carry out a visual structural survey of the existing reinforced concrete ceilings of the building.
