New build 5 storey health school forming part of the new Anglia Ruskin University campus. The building is slightly curved on plan and was formed in reinforced concrete frame. The site was situated in a flood plain, requiring complex flood prevention analysis/remedial measures for planning. Konrad led the structural engineering design team whilst working at Alan Baxter & Associates.
