Refurbishment of an existing dance studio situated at the ground floor of a 2-storey building with offices located in the floor above.

The project included the incorporation of a moveable partition to enhance flexibility of the space and allow the space to be used either as a single large studio or two smaller studios.

Project completed in 2017.
